hi , i wanted to add a reference either in VS2010 or VS2008, when i build the solution the assembly can not been recognized(i mean, i cannot use the classes and the assembly)!

is there something more to do when adding the reference?

You need to set your project's build properties to use .Net 4.0.

It is .Net 4.0, let me explain it, when I first add the reference, i can access the dll and its classes, but when i hit the build button it throws this error:

Error 28 The type or namespace name 'SIPSorcery' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)  and after that(after building) the assembly is not accessible anymore(even through intellisense)

but i have added the assembly ( "SIPSorcery.Core.dll" )! I didn't face such problem before :(

Same issue. Using VS2010, project set to .Net 4.0. Can add the reference and access it, but build wipes it out.

Ah, probably posted a little to fast. Seems my project's framework was set to .Net Framework 4 Client Profile and not just .NET 4 as suggested. doh! More info here.
