I am trying to build from the source. I am getting error in SIPSorcery.Entities.Client. I have created the database and modified the connection string in App.Config. Still getting 100s of error like Customer does not contain CustomerPassword etc.

I also downloaded SoftPhone project but the SIPSorcery.Media dll is missing. I tried to build it from the source but the srtp.h, vpx\vpx_encoder.h header files are missing too.

Sorry it's taken me rather a while to respond.

The SIPSorcery.Entities.Client project is for use by a Silverlight client and requires the Silverlight SDK to build. You can remove the project from the solution if you don't need to build the Silverlight client which most likely you don't.

The SIPSorcery.Media project is more complicated. It now requires linking with libraries from openssl, libsrtp and libvpx. Those are all c code bases and take a bit of fiddling around to build on Windows. I'm going to try and create a separate nuget SIPSorcery.Media nuget package to make life easier.
