That tool hasn't worked for a long time now. I've removed the section that references it from the web page to avoid anybody else trying to use it.
All the tool ever did was listen for incoming RTP connections and then display the IP address and port the of the remote end of the RTP stream. I was messing around with an async messaging system called rabbitmq (https://www.rabbitmq.com/
at the time but it really had nothing to do with the RTP diagnostics side of things and was ultimately a complicated way for the RTP listener tool to communicate with the web page.
In case it's of any use I've uploaded the code for the tool to the source tree and placed it in a directory called "obsolete". Note that it doesn't work and doesn't even compile but it's pretty simple and may give you a starting point if you're looking
for a simple RTP diagnostics tool. I would recommend stripping all the RabbitMQ stuff out of it as it's largely irrelevant. Something like
would be more suitable and easier.
